Photographer Laurel Kenner founded Laurelight Studio in 2006 when she acquired an Epson Stylus Pro 9800 wide format, high resolution, giclee printer.  Her work reflects her love of nature and world travel.

The red seal or "chop" used in the Laurelight Studio logo was hand carved in natural stone for Laurel on a trip to China in 2000. Using a chop is an ancient Asian tradition that conveys a signature or guarantees the authenticity of artwork. The chop is traditionally used with a red, cinnabar paste.
